In all cases where terms and agreements conflict the terms outlined on this page shall prevail without question or mediation. Merchandise or Product Purchases
All purchases are non-refundable for any reason after delivery or shipping. Should a physical merchandise be defective, at our own discretion we will exchange an item for the same item of the same size after the return of the original item when the customer initiates a return request within 14 days of delivery. If the exact item is no longer available the customer will be given the choice of store credit or replacement of an item of equal value.
Ticket purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable for any reason at any time unless we cancel or postpone the event. In the situation where an event is canceled or postponed, we, at our own discretion will include terms for a refund or transfer of tickets in the messaging of the change.
Services, Performances, and other Contracting Terms
Payment of fees for all appearances, regardless of context and scope is due up front at least 14 days prior to the date of the appearance or performance. The fees for the contract are non-refundable except in situations where the performer is unable to provide the agreed upon services and performance. At no time will a refund be granted for a promoter or agent canceling and event, or changing dates, times or terms which cannot be accommodated by the performer.
The performer, it’s agents, affiliates, partners shall not be held responsible or liable for any costs or expenses resulting from any cancellation, change of dates, times, terms or plans for any contracted appearance or performance or further, any injury or damages related to any party (agent, client, guest or their affiliates, partners or any other related party) resulting from the appearance or performance.
